Palm leaf tableware manufacturing process

The first phase of the manufacturing process consists of collecting the palm leaves that fall naturally. They are then rinsed with water, washed with a mixture of water and turmeric, and again rinsed with water to be dried in the sun. They are then stretched by hand, to give them the required shape with a hot press.

A process free of chemical additives where the trees do not suffer as they are not cut down, which allows us to create tableware with a totally environmentally friendly production.
